Description

We are scheduling in a window to pre-emptively reload a line card due to a recurring diagnostics issue found over the last couple of weeks. This reload is to allow us to clear the transient error in a controlled manner to avoid any future unexpected service-impacting faults, currently we do not expect any impact between now and the window. BGP sessions with our upstream peers on this card will be admin shut first to reduce the impact of the reload. Customers may see a small interruption as services re-route for the reload. Description

On Monday the 17th of November between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Our UPS manufacturer and 3rd party service partner will be performing routine Maintenance on our UPS' that supply power to DF21, DF22, DF23 at our Dartford (DA2) facility. Each feed will be worked on separately. Although minimal, customers should consider one of their power feeds to be ‘at-risk’ during the period detailed above. Customers with diverse power supplies will only have one feed at risk at any given time, diverse feeds at our facility come from different ATS+UPS chains and are totally independent. This is an at-risk notification only, we do not expect any customer impact during these works.
